Senior Graphic Designer

We don’t just make things look good, we make them work hard and feel right. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong creative instincts and a solid understanding of brand thinking. Someone who can move between a government health campaign and a premium packaging design without missing a beat. What You’ll Do: Create visually compelling designs across print, digital, social media, packaging, pitch decks, and events Understand brand tone and translate it into a distinct visual language Work closely with writers, strategists, and video editors to craft cohesive campaigns Take ownership of design projects from concept to execution Adapt styles across sectors - minimal, expressive, corporate, or fun What You Bring: 3+ years of design experience (agency experience is a plus) Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/V0 is a bonus) A deep love for typography, layout, and detail A sharp design aesthetic and the ability to articulate your creative choices Ability to work on multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate smoothly You’ll Thrive Here If You: Think strategically, not just aesthetically Are obsessed with detail but also fast with execution Want to create work that’s both beautiful and meaningful
