Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage institutional sales for solar modules business, focusing on government tenders and projects. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from institutional clients. Prepare bids, tender documents, and proposals for government tenders. Build relationships with key decision-makers at institutions to drive business growth. Oversee bid management process from submission to post-award stage. Desired Candidate Profile 18-20 years of experience in institutional sales or related field (solar industry preferred). Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.). Strong techno-commercial acumen with expertise in bid preparation, bid management, bidding, online bidding, strategic planning, tender documentation, and tendering. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
