Senior Frontend Developer

As a React JS Engineer based in Ahmedabad with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features using React and TypeScript. Your role will involve ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, and integrating frontend components with backend services using REST, WebSocket, and MQTT. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create unit and integration tests, and document features and technical decisions. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. You must have proven experience in building and maintaining production-grade React applications, proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and a strong knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging techniques. Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA and a solid understanding of integrating with various backend technologies are also essential qualifications. Good communication skills, expertise in debugging and troubleshooting, and familiarity with agile tools and methodologies like JIRA and Confluence are considered good-to-have skills. Prior experience working with real-time data via MQTT or WebSocket, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and solve complex technical challenges are nice-to-have qualities.
