Senior Frontend Developer

Beyond Labs is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of modern, high-performance web applications. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of frontend technologies, architecture, and best practices. In this role, you will be a key member of the team, involved in decision-making, setting coding standards, and mentoring junior developers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated with the latest frontend trends and technologies. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, Next.js, or other modern frontend frameworks - Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices - Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces across different devices and browsers - Optimize application performance by improving loading speed, minimizing re-renders, and implementing lazy loading and code splitting - Efficiently manage application state using Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or other state management libraries - Integrate and handle RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints securely, including authentication and error handling - Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress - Debug and resolve frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience - Maintain version control with Git and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments - Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features - Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and uphold best coding practices Requirements: - 3-5 years of frontend development experience with a focus on React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS (SASS, Tailwind, or Styled Components) with a strong grasp of component-based architecture - Expertise in state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil) and integrating RESTful APIs/GraphQL securely and efficiently - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex frontend issues and optimize performance - Experience with writing and maintaining tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress - Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes - Ability to architect scalable and maintainable frontend systems with clean and reusable code - Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork Nice to have: - Experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations - Knowledge of WebSockets, real-time data handling using Socket.io - Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js - Exposure to headless CMS platforms like Contentful or Prismic - Understanding of WebAssembly (WASM) and performance optimization - Experience with Web3 technologies and blockchain integration - Background in mobile-first development and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) Why Join Us - Work on impactful projects with a talented, driven team - Flexible work options - remote or hybrid - Supportive, growth-focused environment that values learning and innovation - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and solve real-world challenges - Competitive salary and benefits with performance-based growth opportunities - Collaborative team culture where your ideas and contributions are valued,
