What You Can Expect as Senior Financial Analyst at Illumine-i: You ll be managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations. You ll be assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review. You ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial data. You ll be supporting audits and regulatory compliance efforts. You ll be contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department. You ll be keeping abreast of accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices. Essential Qualifications Include: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5-6 years of relevant experience in accounting roles. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Great to Have: CPA or progress towards CPA certification. Experience with ERP systems such as Zoho or Quickbooks. Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data. Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement. Adaptability to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
