As a Senior/Developer in ITOM/SecOps/IRM at EY, you will be an integral part of the EY GDS-ServiceNow team, working to solve client issues using the ServiceNow platform. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a high-quality team and contribute to the development of innovative products that address client needs. Your responsibilities will include configuring/customizing the ServiceNow system, creating workflows, building service request fulfillment processes, automating tasks using scripting tools, integrating systems, gathering specifications from business departments, and conducting system and integration testing. You will work closely with business liaisons to develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics data collectors. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in authentication protocols, disciplined agile delivery processes, JavaScript, HTML, Angular JS, Service Portal implementation, and experience with applications like ITSM, IRM, SecOps, ITOM, and Performance Analytics. A college degree in a related technology field, ServiceNow CSA Certification, and 3 to 6 years of development experience are required qualifications. Experience with SDLC, TFS, JIRA, or equivalent tools, as well as knowledge of ServiceNow's latest versions features, are considered advantageous.
