Senior Executive - FP&A

Role & responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, OPEX planning, and trend analysis and review monthly costs, provisions, and share insights.
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial objectives and reporting
• Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial guidance and support to drive business initiatives
• Manage non-gas and valve provisioning with SAP updates.
• Conduct annual asset checks and resolve mismatches.
• Update SOPs and ensure finance process compliance.
• Support audits and close plant audit observations.
• Monitor CAPEX vs. budget and review PR/POs.
• Assist operations with reviews and transfer.

• Expertise in creating and managing budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance
• Ability to develop long-term financial plans aligned with the company's goals
• Strong verbal/written communication skills to present financial information to senior leadership
• Ability to work cross-functionally to gather information and drive financial strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify financial issues and implement effective solutions
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments and manage multiple priorities

Competencies

• Familiarity with financial analysis and forecasting methods
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting
• Working knowledge of SAP, SAP BPC and IFRS is a plus
