About the role


As a part of the Founder’s Office, you will be at the centre of the company’s operations and the most important priorities. You will work directly with the Founders to help manage day-to-day operations and oversee multiple business initiatives, ensuring impactful execution.


This is an exciting and dynamic role that requires strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills.


What your day would look like


  • Work directly with the Founders to execute key strategic initiatives, helping to prioritize, manage, and track the progress of high-impact day-to-day tasks
  • Manage and maintain the Founders' schedules and calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
  • Perform office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing files, and overseeing administrative systems
  • Lead or participate in special initiatives and high-impact projects assigned by the Founders
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages to the Founders

  • Minimum 4 years of prior exposure or experience in a Founder's Office, Executive Assistant, Admin, or Project Management role
  • Ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and balance multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail in all aspects of work, and a strong sense of ownership
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Possess a can-do attitude and thrive in an ever-changing, high-energy environment with a hands-on approach to getting things done
