Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant

Location: Sarora

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience
& skills)

Experience Required: 2–3 years in a similar executive assistant role

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage all high-level tasks and coordination on
behalf of the Director

✅ Attend meetings, take detailed Minutes of Meeting
(MoM), and track action points

✅ Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely
completion

✅ Contribute to new product development with
creative and practical ideas

✅ Prepare and review weekly reports, business
summaries, and presentations

✅ Liaise with internal departments to ensure
seamless workflow

✅ Maintain professionalism and discretion at all timesRequired

Skills & Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience as an Executive
Assistant or in a similar role Strong business coordination and taskmanagement skills Proficiency in creating MoMs and trackingtask progress, Innovative mindset with the ability to contribute toproduct ideas, Skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace, Punctuality is a must – Timely attendance andtask completion are essential , Able to multitask, prioritize, and perform underpressure
