Job Description

Looking for a skilled Senior Executive - AR to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes for timely and accurate payments.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders regarding payment status and inquiries.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and software applications.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience working with CRM/IT enabled services or BPO industry is preferred.
