Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer, located in Coimbatore. The Senior Engineer will oversee the daily operations of our CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality control. Responsibilities include supervising the engineering team, troubleshooting machinery issues, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, the Senior Engineer will liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CNC machinery operation and maintenance
Experience in supervising engineering teams and process management
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in machinery operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to work on-site in Coimbatore
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in the machinery industry is advantageous
