Role & responsibilities Design and develop jigs & fixtures for welding & assembly process Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks for designing jigs and fixtures Knowledge in GD & T and Engineering drawing Implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles in Fabrication Processes. To Optimize the Throughput Time & Man Hrs. for Capacity & Productivity Improvements. Facilitate Infrastructure & Process development to meet Internal Customer requirements. To conduct regular Process Study and Std. Time updation in SAP with Improvements. To develop process automation in Welding processes and integrate modern welding technologies To Facilitate and Improve Layout Design for better Process & Product flow. Process Control Documents of SOP & PFC preparation. To implement 5S & TQM Systems towards improvements & Standardization. To define & Implement the Ergonomics Safety process with Production Requirement. Preferred candidate profile Jigs & Fixture design Knowledge about GD & T Project handling & Timely execution AutoCAD
