Senior Engineer - Infrastructure Observability & Automation

As a member of the Monitoring CoE within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Delivery team, your role involves supporting the monitoring of various aspects related to application, database, and infrastructure. You will collaborate with other team members to expand the monitoring scope to include infrastructure monitoring, ensuring synergy with application/database monitoring, and striving for continuous service improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the monitoring operations for customer landscapes globally in a 24x7 model. You will be instrumental in managing critical SAP systems and applications, ensuring high availability, automation, and top-notch support experience. Additionally, you will contribute to building and operating customer systems for ECS, aligning with SAP's vision and ECS's mission to accelerate customers" cloud transformation journey. In this role, you will work within the ECS Delivery unit, which is responsible for various cross-functional topics essential for seamless business operations. Your involvement will span activities such as managing cross-projects, representing process managers, operating the Tools Operation Control Center (TOCC), and overseeing monitoring and data quality management initiatives.
