Job Description

Job Description Develop and put in place effective quality assurance processes that meet regulatory standards. Create and maintain company quality policies , Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) , and quality systems . Carry out internal audits and supplier/vendor audits as per cGMP , ICH guidelines , and other regulatory requirements. Monitor and review Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and check if they are working properly. Check and review the quality of products regularly. Go through customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement. Review failure investigations , market complaints , and OOS/OOT cases by working with the manufacturing, technical, and other teams to find the root cause and fix issues to prevent them from happening again. Prepare and share quality assurance reports with management. Make sure warehouse operations follow quality guidelines.
