Pharmaceutical Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are hiring a Sales Executive with pharmaceutical experience to manage customer enquiries via email and website, prepare quotations, and coordinate order follow-ups. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and must have relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Industry. Key Responsibilities: Respond to daily sales enquiries via email, company website, and online platforms Communicate with clients regarding product availability, pricing, and timelines Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up communications Maintain records of enquiries and client interactions using CRM or Excel Coordinate with logistics/inventory teams for smooth order processing Build strong relationships with existing and new customers Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and internal policies Share regular updates and reports with the Sales Manager Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry Pharma background (D. Pharm / B.
