Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oracle CX Sales Implementation:

    Lead the end-to-end implementation of

    Oracle CX Sales Cloud

    , including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, and go-live support.
  • Business Requirements Analysis:

    Engage with business stakeholders to understand their sales processes, objectives, and pain points. Translate these requirements into Oracle CX Sales solutions that optimize sales operations.
  • Customization & Configuration:

    Customize and configure

    Oracle Sales Cloud

    to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Integration:

    Work closely with other Oracle CX modules (e.g.,

    Oracle Service Cloud

    ,

    Oracle Marketing Cloud

    ) and third-party applications to integrate the sales solution seamlessly across the enterprise ecosystem.
  • Process Optimization:

    Identify opportunities for streamlining sales processes, improving user adoption, and enhancing the overall customer experience through Oracle CX Sales capabilities.
  • Change Management & Training:

    Provide training to client teams on the new Oracle CX Sales platform and processes. Assist in change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and high user adoption.
  • User Support:

    Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation, addressing any challenges related to the

    Oracle Sales Cloud

    platform.
  • Project Management:

    Lead or contribute to the management of client projects, ensuring the timely delivery of solutions within scope and budget. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

    Develop comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and reports. Ensure that clients have the necessary tools to operate the solution effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are met, client expectations are managed, and communication is clear and effective.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle CX Sales features and updates. Recommend improvements to enhance clients sales processes and keep their systems current.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

    in

    Computer Science

    ,

    Information Technology

    ,

    Business Administration

    , or a related field.
  • 5+ years

    of experience working with

    Oracle CX Sales

    , including at least

    2-3 years

    of experience in a consulting role.
  • Proven experience in the implementation, customization, and optimization of

    Oracle Sales Cloud

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Salesforce Automation (SFA)

    ,

    Lead Management

    ,

    Opportunity Management

    , and

    Sales Analytics

    within the

    Oracle CX Sales

    suite.
  • Familiarity with

    Oracle Cloud Integration

    technologies (e.g.,

    Oracle Integration Cloud

    ,

    Oracle SOA Suite

    ) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of

    CRM best practices

    and ability to implement industry-specific sales solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications

    and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g.,

    Oracle ERP

    Oracle HCM

    ) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in

    Agile methodologies

    and project management tools.

  • Analytical Thinking:

    Ability to assess sales operations, identify gaps, and recommend improvements through Oracle CX Sales functionality.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, and third-party vendors.
  • Project Management:

    Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  • Training & Documentation:

    Experience in creating user documentation, training materials, and conducting end-user training sessions.
