Senior Consultant / Manager-Tech Consulting-NAT-CNS-TC-Service -

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant / Manager to lead our Tech Consulting team in ServiceNow Practice. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Integrations, IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management, IT Business Management (ITBM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Secops, and other custom application development. ### Roles and Responsibility Serve as a ServiceNow Tech Lead on a cross-functional development team that develops workflow solutions across different ServiceNow modules. Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems. Develop integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules. Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting. Manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards. Ensure successful, technically sound projects are completed on time and within budget. Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories. Perform application testing and create/maintain system design and operations documentation. Utilize Agile methodologies for software development. ### Job Requirements Minimum 6+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience working on more than one application listed: IT Service Management (ITSM), Integrations, IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management, IT Business Management (ITBM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Secops, and other custom application development. Good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules. Certified ServiceNow Admin (CSA) is required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for any module is a plus. Certified Application Developer certification is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. Experience with Agile methodologies for software development is expected.
