Senior Civil Engineer

**Job Title:** Project Engineer – Civil (Building & Road Construction)

**Location:** Ghaziabad

**Salary:** ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven **Project Engineer – Civil** to oversee and manage our building and road construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of construction practices to ensure the timely and quality completion of projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects from start to finish

* Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

* Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards

* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

* Conduct regular inspections and prepare progress reports

* Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently

* Ensure compliance with all applicable construction codes and standards

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building & Road Construction Management, or a related field

* Minimum 10 years of proven experience in building and road construction projects

* In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Indian industry regulations

* Proficient in construction-related software and computer applications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration

* High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic work environments

* Familiarity with construction safety standards and risk management practices
