Senior Business Development Consultant

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  Identify potential business clients through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals.

• Sales Pitches & Presentations:

  Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to prospects, showcasing how our technology solutions address client pain points.

• Negotiation & Closure:

  Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing/contracts, and drive deals to successful closure.

• Market Intelligence

  : Track market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in customer demand to fine-tune sales strategies.

• Sales Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare sales forecasts, and share weekly/monthly reports with management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new B2B leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and market analysis
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's technology offerings to position them effectively to clients
• Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
• A strong ability to present complex solutions and engage across various industry verticals

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in selling IT services and solution to corporates (Familiarity with the US market preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Strong command of communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Familiarity with enterprise technology trends and a consultative sales approach
• Comfortable with travel, client meetings, and remote sales engagement
