Job Summary: As a Senior Post-Sales Business Analyst specializing in software implementation, you will ensure the successful deployment and integration of software solutions for our clients. Your role will focus on gathering requirements, facilitating communication and optimizing processes between stakeholders during the implementation phase, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and project success. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and translate them into epics and user stories that guide the development and implementation process using tools or in the standard BA documentations. Implementation Oversight: Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation, addressing any challenges that arise during the onboarding process. Helping the Technical team with the Sprint ceremonies. Epic and User Story Creation: Draft, prioritize, and refine user stories and epics based on client needs and feedback, ensuring alignment with project goals and Agile methodologies. Change Request Management: Manage change requests throughout the implementation process, assessing their impact, documenting them appropriately, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for approvals and adjustments. Project Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including implementation plans, requirement specifications, and user manuals to ensure clarity and alignment among all stakeholders. Low-Fidelity Wireframing: Create low-fidelity wireframes to visualize proposed solutions and gather feedback from clients and internal teams, ensuring that designs meet user needs and project objectives. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving post-sales workflows, enhancing the efficiency of software deployment and integration. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any issues. Training & Support: Provide training sessions and resources to clients on software functionalities and best practices to ensure successful adoption and utilization. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback during the implementation phase and recommend enhancements to processes, tools, and software functionalities to improve future projects. Project Management: Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and quality of outcomes while adapting to various client needs and schedules. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly in software implementations. Past experience of working with AI and Data Science is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on project execution and customer experience. Proficiency with software project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) and wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams. Experience with Agile project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is highly desirable.
