Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for business users interactions, identifying business needs and analyzing /Documenting the requirements. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams or external vendors.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
Conduct market, competitor, and trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to stakeholders.
Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution to ensure alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, operations, and marketing.
Support the testing and implementation of new systems or enhancements.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
6-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience with healthcare system and integration platform

Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with tools like SQL, Postman tool and Azure is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a Healthcare domain.
