About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior B2B Product Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing strategies for our AI-powered B2B products. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional with a deep understanding of product positioning, go-to-market execution, and demand generation in the AI and SaaS space. You will work cross-functionally to develop messaging, drive campaigns, and shape product perception—without direct team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic B2B product marketing plans aligned with business and product objectives.

• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for AI-driven features and solutions—including messaging, positioning, and launch support.

• Drive demand generation using digital campaigns, ABM, performance marketing, and strategic content.

• Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to define and refine product value propositions.

• Own and execute the content strategy across digital platforms: website, whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and social media.

• Conduct competitive research, customer analysis, and market intelligence to influence strategy and differentiation.

• Track and analyze marketing performance, optimize campaigns based on KPIs, and report actionable insights.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4–5 years in B2B product marketing (preferably for AI/SaaS or enterprise tech products).

• Proven track record of success in GTM strategy, demand generation, and content-led growth.

• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), and performance analytics platforms.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills with a knack for simplifying complex AI product features into compelling messaging.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience working with AI technologies and familiarity with technical product positioning.

• Exposure to international B2B markets and enterprise buying cycles.
