Stay up to date and work on the latest tools and technologies. Work along with a group of passionate problem solvers. Observe existing patterns and recognize ways to change them and improve the product & development methodologies. Create test cases, write test scripts, automate the scripts, perform load/stress tests, and perform continuous integration and deployment for existing or new projects.
