Roles and Responsibility:-

• Led end-to-end bid management for government RFPs, EOIs, and tenders, with a focus on sectors including infrastructure, tourism, education, and governance.
• Designed and executed successful project proposals for state and central tourism departments, focusing on integrated tourism planning, heritage development, and capacity building.
• Managed implementation of government advisory projects in the tourism sector- ranging from master plans and feasibility studies to policy recommendations and private sector engagement models.
• Conducted sectoral research and analysis on tourism policy, sustainable tourism development, and public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversaw project management and delivery across public policy and governance domains, including client engagement, quality assurance, and milestone reporting.
• Maintained high-level government and stakeholder relations, engaging with ministries, tourism boards, donor agencies, and local governments for ongoing and prospective collaborations.
• Authored policy notes, white papers, and implementation roadmaps to support tourism policy reforms, digital service delivery, and economic revival strategies.
• Coordinated with technical, legal, and finance teams to deliver holistic proposals and advisory support across tourism, infrastructure, and capacity enhancement programs.
• Mentored junior team members and contributed to internal knowledge repositories, especially around tourism and cultural sector strategies.
• Actively supported the firm’s growth in government and public sector consulting, identifying new opportunities through regulatory tracking, industry mapping, and proactive outreach.
