Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, fine-tune, and deploy large language models (LLMs) and advanced NLP algorithms.Design scalable architectures to integrate LLM capabilities into products and services.Work with unstructured text data: preprocessing, tokenization, embedding, and feature engineering.Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production environments.Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions.Stay abreast of the latest research in LLMs, transformers, and NLP, and apply innovations.Build pipelines for data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment.Ensure ethical use of AI and compliance with data privacy regulations.Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing.
