Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.
  
• Monitor and drive primary and secondary sales.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  

Distributor Management

• Appoint, manage, and support channel partners/distributors.
  
• Ensure proper stock availability and rotation.
  
• Manage distributor claims, ROI, and profitability.
  

Retail Execution

• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
  
• Implement and track in-store branding, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and promotions.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  

Team Management

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Officers or Territory Sales In-Charges (TSIs).
  
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to route plans and daily call targets.
  

Market Development

• Expand distribution footprint by opening new outlets and appointing new sub-stockists.
  
• Plan and execute market activation and trade marketing initiatives.
  

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain sales reports, market feedback, and expense statements.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, trade schemes, and ethical practices.
  

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
  
• Address trade grievances and resolve disputes efficiently.
