Job Description

  • B2B sales experiance in Textile & apparels with Distributor Management through Primary & Secondary Sales.
  • Maintain team sizeof 5 to 10 TSEs.
  • Willing to travel and adopt in market to catch new outlets.
  • Business Performance:

    • Sales and Revenue:

      Driving sales, achieving revenue targets, and implementing sales strategies.
    • Budget Management:

      Managing budgets for the cluster and ensuring financial performance.
    • Profitability:

      Identifying and implementing strategies to improve profitability within the cluster.
  • Operational Management:

    • Resource Management:

      Ensuring efficient utilization of resources (staff, equipment, etc.).
    • Process Improvement:

      Identifying and implementing improvements to operational processes.
    • Quality Assurance:

      Ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures.
    • Compliance:

      Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Team Management:

    • Team Leadership:

      Providing leadership and guidance to the team.
    • Performance Management:

      Monitoring performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
    • Training and Development:

      Coaching and developing team members to improve their skills and performance.
    • Staffing:

      Ensuring adequate staffing levels and managing employee schedules.
  • Strategic Implementation:

    • Goal Setting:

      Setting goals and objectives for the cluster and individual team members.
    • Strategy Execution:

      Implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Business Development:

      Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Cross-selling and Up-selling:

      Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services.
  • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Reporting:

      Preparing and submitting regular reports on performance and activities.
    • Communication:

      Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and management.
    • Collaboration:

      Working with other teams and departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve common goals.
  • Other Responsibilities:
