Hiring: Senior Architect Interior Design (Corporate Offices)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic interior design firm. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of expertise in corporate office design projects, with a strong focus on space planning, concept development, BOQ & quotation preparation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and execution of corporate office interiors.

Develop innovative concepts and space planning layouts.

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed project quotations.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Manage end-to-end project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7-10 years of relevant experience in interior design and architecture.

Expertise in corporate office design projects.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and modern design trends.

Excellent project management and communication skills.
