Job Description

The senior instrumentation engineer position requires a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience as an electrical designer in sectors such as oil & gas, chemical plants, power plants, or renewable energy production. The candidate must be available for site surveys and possess a basic knowledge of the English language. Proficiency in software tools like Office and AutoCAD is essential for this role. Additionally, a good understanding of ATEX regulations is required. Key responsibilities of the senior instrumentation engineer include preparing cost estimates for engineering works at various stages, coordinating discipline activities to meet project requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and approving project documentation. The candidate will also contribute to Hazard and Operability studies, risk assessments, and provide technical support to the procurement department. Drafting technical specifications for control systems and other related components is a critical part of the role. On the other hand, the junior instrumentation engineer should be capable of working independently or under supervision to create technical specifications for field and control room instrumentation, process hook-up sketches, interconnecting diagrams, and instrumentation cabling. The role also involves working on cause & effect matrices, interlock and control logic diagrams, and Distributed Control Systems (DCS) among others. Both positions are full-time roles with benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.,
