Senior AEM Solutions Architect

As an experienced AEM Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your responsibilities will include designing and developing AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems. You will customize and extend AEM functionalities to meet specific client needs and work closely with UX/UI designers to create engaging interfaces. Additionally, you will optimize AEM applications for performance, ensuring fast loading times and an excellent user experience. Participation in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AEM applications will also be part of your role. Staying updated on the latest developments in AEM and associated technologies is essential for this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in AEM development. Proficiency in Java programming and related technologies like JSP, servlets, and Spring is required. Demonstrated experience in developing AEM components, templates, and workflows, along with familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is essential. Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary. The role requires the capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Possessing an Adobe certification in AEM would be a plus.
