Senior Administration Officer

• Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administrative operations and supervise office staff.
• Implement institutional policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and campus security.
• Support HR functions: staff recruitment, attendance, and performance tracking.
• Assist in academic administration, including exams, admissions, and scheduling.
• Coordinate budgeting, procurement, and financial record maintenance.
• Act as liaison among management, staff, students, and parents.
• Organize meetings, events, and maintain institutional calendars.
• Maintain institutional records and ensure timely statutory reporting.
• Oversee ERP systems and coordinate IT and digital communication support.
• Taxation: 1 year (Required)
• Tally (Required)
• B.com graduation required
• total work experience 2 year (Preferred)
• English (Preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in educational institutions ( preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
