Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:

    Identify staffing requirements, forecast future hiring needs, and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Sourcing & Acquisition:

    Proactively acquire potential candidates through various online and offline channels, including job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), professional networks, and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Candidate Screening:

    Screen job applications and conduct thorough preliminary interviews using reliable assessment tools.
  • Interview Management:

    Schedule and coordinate final interviews, ensuring seamless follow-up with candidates until their successful joining.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:

    Collaborate effectively with interviewing panels, providing regular updates on applicant progress and ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Offer Management:

    Conduct salary negotiations, finalize offers with selected candidates, and ensure timely offer roll-out.
  • Onboarding & Documentation:

    Oversee all joining formalities and ensure proper documentation for newly onboarded employees.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain professional rapport with past applicants and potential candidates to foster a positive candidate experience and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Talent Pipeline Development:

    Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-calibre talent for all current and anticipated demands, with a specific focus on Admin, Hospitality, and Hotel Management roles.

Candidate Profile:

  • Academic Excellence:

    Excellent academic record with 80% or more in at least one board examination or higher.
  • Educational Background:

    Undergraduate and Post-graduate (if applicable) from a NIRF ranked campus.
  • Recruitment Expertise:

    In-depth knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components, including effective sourcing, behavioral and motivation-based interviewing, salary trends, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Core Recruitment Skills:

    Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, End-to-End Recruitment, Screening, Interview Coordination, and Onboarding.
  • Diverse Hiring Experience:

    Demonstrated expertise in IT Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment, Campus Hiring, Lateral Hiring, Bulk Hiring, and Mass Recruitment.
  • Sourcing Tools Proficiency:

    Proficient in using sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
  • ATS Familiarity:

    Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Great interpersonal, communication skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities to facilitate smooth interactions with candidates and internal teams.
  • Negotiation & Engagement:

    Proven ability in Candidate Engagement and Offer Negotiation.
  • Domain Focus:

    Specific experience or strong understanding of recruitment for Admin, Hospitality, and Hotel Management roles.
