Job Title: Sr. Admission Counsellor
Location: Gurgaon
Experience Required: 3–4 years
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Admission Counsellor to join our team in
Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in admissions and team
leadership, with the ability to guide and motivate a team while also achieving individual
targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3–4 Admission Counsellors.
Guide, train, and motivate team members to meet admission targets.
Act as both a team leader and an individual contributor.
Counsel prospective students and their parents about available programs and
admission procedures.
Maintain a strong focus on achieving and exceeding admissions numbers.
Represent the institution at educational fairs, seminars, and events (travel as required).
Provide regular reporting and updates on team performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 2 years of team leadership experience in a similar industry with a
successful track record.
At least 2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in a related role.
Graduate in English Medium; Postgraduates will be preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
Strong organizational and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel as per job requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
