Role & responsibilities Receives control philosophy, IO list and P&ID diagram from Automation Manager and start developing PLC logic and SCADA screens. Support design department for Configuration and IO list preparation / allocation. Interact with Execution team and decide deadline for completion of project. Coordinate with End user and do Hardware FAT and Software FAT. Coordinate with End user to close punch points if any. Utilize trainees for developing machine level projects. Site commissioning for Machine level project. Attend local services related to PLC, coordinate with end user and solve it. End of the day, prepare service report and get signed. Share same to accounts department for billing. Attend customer calls and will try to convert it to service order / Projects. Store SFAT backup and final site backup in automation hard disk. Support & Train junior from time to time maintain relation with custoomer & look for AMC/ Spares / Service Order. Preferred candidate profile

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a CNC Operator for our plant in Bangalore. Job Duties: To fulfil production job shop requirement by aid of CNC machines and to manufacture spare parts, on vertical milling center (VMC - 3 & 5 Axis) Programs mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs. Also, via CAM software Preferred candidate profile /Job Requirements: - Completed bachelors degree or Diploma in the field of mechanical engineering or ITI tradesman / foreman with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing industry - Knowledge of machine operation, CNC program, FANUC, Heidenhan, SIEMENS, Mazatrol. - Reading of drawings with understanding of angle of projection - presetting of tools and holders for CNC machines - knowledge of measuring instruments, special operations hand tools operation deburring, etc., - Checking of the regular electrical and mechanical maintenance requirement of the CNC machines like compressed air, coolant usage and change - Willingness to take responsibility and independence as well as a team-oriented way of working.
