Receives control philosophy, IO list and P&ID diagram from Automation Manager and start developing PLC logic and SCADA screens. Support design department for Configuration and IO list preparation / allocation. Interact with Execution team and decide deadline for completion of project. Coordinate with End user and do Hardware FAT and Software FAT. Coordinate with End user to close punch points if any. Utilize trainees for developing machine level projects. Site commissioning for Machine level project. Attend local services related to PLC, coordinate with end user and solve it. End of the day, prepare service report and get signed. Share same to accounts department for billing. Attend customer calls and will try to convert it to service order / Projects. Store SFAT backup and final site backup in automation hard disk.
Support & Train junior from time to time maintain relation with custoomer & look for AMC/ Spares / Service Order.
