Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Support Regulatory Compliance: Assist in meeting statutory regulations, including substance registration in accordance with REACH, TSCA, and other region-specific as well as application-specific regulations (e.g., food contact, toy safety, packaging). Help confirm global inventory status for Global Range products. Coordinate with R&D, Marketing/Product Management, and Product Owners to monitor compliance status. Track competitors regulatory practices for benchmarking and stay informed of industry trends. Support the identification and documentation of remediation actions for non-compliant products/services (e.g., reclassification, withdrawal). Coordinate Product Registration: Support the product registration process internally and liaise with external service providers under the guidance of the Regulatory Affairs Manager. Assist in gathering information from Marketing, Product Management, and R&D for registration needs. Monitor upcoming regulations and registration deadlines; help manage engagement with external consultants as required. Documentation & Communication: Assist in issuing compliance documents required by customers, authorities, and other stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team to support customer communication and respond to compliance-related queries. Help prepare compliance documentation for newly launched products including safety data sheets Contribute to maintaining an internal knowledge database on product and region-specific regulations and compliance.
