Role & responsibilities Environmental Monitoring Support Assist in regular monitoring of environmental pollution, including air, water, and solid waste. Support the daily operation of Environmental Treatment Plants (ETP), Solid Waste Recycling Plants (SWRP), and Material Water Recovery Plants (MWRP). Help in maintaining the operation of the incinerator, ensuring the waste disposal process is handled as per standard procedures. Waste Management Assistance Record waste generation and disposal data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with environmental guidelines. Assist in tracking and documenting waste from its generation to its final disposal point. Support in ensuring that the waste management systems are being followed effectively within the factory. Environmental Reporting and Compliance Help in conducting routine site inspections and environmental sampling to monitor compliance with environmental regulations. Support in System Maintenance and Audits Assist in monitoring and ensuring that pollution control equipment is functioning efficiently. Help in maintaining records and documentation for environmental compliance as per system requirements. Provide support during audits and inspections, ensuring environmental checks are properly recorded and followed.

Role & responsibilities Prepare monthly report of safety function and manage the emergency function as when required Assist to lead safety in the development of solutions and implementation of strategies to address identified key risk areas. Team Member in JSA, HIRA, PSSR HAZOP and Incident investigation. •Share monthly safety reports, presentations on safety topics that provide employees with workplace injury statistics, new initiatives of safety. Monitoring and measurement of safety KPI in consultation with lead safety Evaluate incident trend reports and effectiveness of corrective and preventive systems in place in the unit-1. Ensure compliance of department safety committee. Assist to lead safety to implementation of ISO 450001-2018 Assist to lead safety for preparing department budgets, PPE matrix and Procurement of PPE Prepare on site emergency plan and other plans pertaining to safety Compile safety reports to convey information on the OH & S performance. Develop and deploy a group level reporting mechanisms to monitor OH &S programs. Analysis of near miss, incidents in OH &S category

Education Qualification: MSW CSR Programs Conceptualize effective CSR programs encompassing environment, workplace, community and marketplace issues that will create value aligned with CSR targets Prepare business case for CSR programs and present it to senior management for approvals; Induct new CSR programs and program manage the new CSR initiatives with the support of volunteers and CSR spocs across functional/ business domains Establish control mechanism to monitor and track employee participation in CSR initiatives; Conduct process checks to measure effectiveness of CSR initiatives Negotiate and oversee sponsorship deals and other educational and environmental partnerships so as to secure favorable arrangements for SCIL CSR positioning Inspire Volunteerism Establish a network of CSR Champions within the organization and organize workshops to coach the CSR champions Create platforms for employees and CSR champions where one can share CSR ideas and contribute in making SCIL CSR journey engaging Liaison Liaise with influential external parties and maintain an ongoing relationship with the charities/organizations that SCIL sponsors; Ensure that regular meetings take place so that each party is aware of current CSR developments at SCIL Act as the main point of contact for SCIL in the Community and represent SCIL at relevant industry events/ CSR forums Reporting Ensure that effective communication methods are in place to communicate business ethics, CSR targets and performance of CSR campaigns to relevant stakeholders Promote CSR activities undertaken by SCIL to the media and to other relevant stakeholders Develop an annual CSR report that provides clear direction on CSR strategy, delivery and performance
