Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams involved in the implementation of o9s integrated planning platform (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, Control Tower, etc.)
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and o9 consultants to ensure alignment on sprint goals and backlog priorities
Remove impediments and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture
Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (burndown charts, velocity, etc.)
Promote Agile best practices across technical and business teams; coach team members in Scrum/Agile principles
Assist in change management activities and ensure clear communication with business stakeholders throughout implementation
Support integration and data mapping efforts between o9 and enterprise systems (ERP, Client, BI tools)
Ensure timely delivery of configuration, testing, and rollout milestones for the o9 platform
Help manage scope and backlog refinement across multiple planning streams (demand, supply, S&OP)

Mandatory skills*

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise Agile environments
Hands-on experience with o9 Supply Chain Planning implementation is required
Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (Demand Forecasting, Supply Network Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization)
Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent certification

Desired skills*

Experience in Agile transformation or large-scale ERP/SCP implementations
Working knowledge of o9 modules and architecture
Experience working with global teams and in complex matrix organizations
Additional certifications in Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, PMI-ACP) or Supply Chain (APICS, CPIM)
