Why this role matters: As an Agile Practice Manager at Vonage, you will be instrumental in shaping the evolution of Agile across the organization. You'll lead a community of Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners, coach leaders, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed a high-performing Lean-Agile culture. This is a unique leadership opportunity to scale agility sustainably, improve delivery performance, and ensure our Agile ecosystem supports strategic business outcomes. What you will do: As an Agile Practice Manager, you will lead and grow the Agile capability within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance. You will work closely with senior leadership across Product and Engineering to drive Agile maturity and alignment across value streams. Provide strategic leadership for Agile practices across teams and departments, ensuring consistent and impactful Agile adoption. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners, fostering their growth and effectiveness. Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to align Agile practices with business and product strategies. Facilitate executive-level alignment on Agile transformation goals and progress, supporting a strong feedback culture. Define and evolve Agile operating models (e.g., based on SAFe, but tailored for Vonage), ensuring scalability and sustainability. Champion organizational change initiatives to deepen Agile mindset and behaviors at all levels. Identify systemic impediments and work across silos to improve flow, transparency, and value delivery. Track Agile health metrics at a portfolio level to guide continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions. Lead communities of practice and foster a vibrant Agile coaching culture across the organization. What will you bring? You'll be a strategic thinker, experienced coach, and pragmatic leader who understands how to apply Agile practices in a way that serves people and outcomes. You bring a passion for transformation, a systems view of delivery, and the ability to lead change across complex organizations. Required : 6+ years of experience in Agile roles, including experience leading Agile teams and/or coaching at scale. Proven leadership in building Agile capabilities and guiding large-scale Agile transformations. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) and Lean principles. Experience coaching leaders, teams, and change agents in Agile mindset and behaviors. Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills. Familiarity with portfolio-level Agile metrics and reporting to support executive visibility. Experience in international, distributed, and multicultural environments. Preferred : SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or equivalent experience with Agile at scale. Background in engineering, product management, or delivery leadership. Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced tech environment. Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira Align, Jira, Miro, Confluence, etc. #LI-CK1 There's no perfect candidate.
