About the Role: We are seeking a movated and experienced Scrum Lead to join ZL Engg PMO group. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum framework is understood and enacted. Youll coach and guide teams to deliver high-quality product eciently while fostering a culture of collaboraon and connuous improvement. Key Responsibilies: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospec¢ves. Support and coach the development team, Product Owner, and organiza¢on in Agile best prac¢ces. Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them, enabling a smooth workow. Track team progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, etc. Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture with a focus on con¢nuous improvement. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters / Project Managers and Development Leads to improve coordina¢on. Ensure proper use of Agile tools like Jira, Conuence. Communicate eec¢vely with stakeholders to ensure transparency around team performance and delivery. Required Qualica¢ons: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related eld. 5+ years of experience in software development or IT, with 2+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile Lead role. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, prac¢ces, and frameworks. Scrum Master cer¢ca¢on (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) is highly preferred. Experience working with distributed/global teams. Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira). Excellent communica¢on, facilita¢on, and interpersonal skills.
