Professional & Technical Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role.Expertise in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and other scripting languages used in ServiceNow.Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and third-party tools.ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and Agile methodologies.
