Development & Implementation: Hands-on development of complex RPA solutions using Power Automate. Integrate Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure) and third-party systems via APIs and custom connectors. Oversee and conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. Manage the deployment of automated processes to production environments and provide ongoing monitoring and support. Documentation & Governance: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, process definitions, and support guides. Establish and enforce RPA development guidelines, best practices, and governance frameworks. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA, Power Automate, and the Power Platform, evaluating new features and tools for potential adoption. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with business users, IT teams, and management regarding project status, challenges, and solutions. Act as a subject matter expert for Power Automate and RPA within the organization. Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company. What are we looking for: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 6+ years focused on Robotic Process Automation. Proven experience leading RPA development projects and mentoring junior developers. Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud flows) is mandatory. Strong understanding and practical experience with the broader Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI).
