Job Description

VXI Global Solutions, LLC is looking for Scheduler to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Create, manage, and update detailed schedules for projects, operations, or workforce activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely execution
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and project managers to gather scheduling inputs and resolve conflicts
Monitor progress against planned schedules, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to maintain timelines
Use scheduling tools and software (e

Prepare reports, charts, and dashboards to communicate scheduling status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
