SAP Simple Finance Functional Consultant

Your role as a SAP Simple Finance Consultant will require you to have 3-8 years of experience with strong knowledge and excellence in delivery capabilities. You should possess customer-centric skills, communication skills, analytical skills, a result-driven approach, and collaborative skills. Candidates with a CA/ICWA background are preferred, although a Post Graduate qualification such as MBA/MCom, etc. is also acceptable. Your experience should include 3 to 8 plus years in SAP FI and CO with S4Hana version 1809 and above, with additional experience in FSCM and Funds Management being advantageous. You must have at least 1 implementation on S4 Hana version 1809 and above, with expertise in Product Costing and COPA in the Controlling module. Additionally, you should have worked on at least 4 end-to-end implementations and support experiences. Knowledge in SAP Finance (S4 Hana) submodules like GL, AR, AP & Assets is essential, along with experience in month-end closing activities, validations, substitutions, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include working on two implementation projects in Controlling in S4 Hana, hands-on experience in Overheads Cost Controlling, product costing, Profitability analysis, COPA Planning, Settlement, and the month-end closing process. You will also be required to integrate between FICO and other core modules like MM/SD/PP/PS, demonstrate strong domain experience in Finance, and have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a team lead role. SAP certification is preferred, along with good business process understanding, knowledge of SAP Best practices and building blocks, and the ability to design and configure business scenarios. You should be solution-focused, able to provide solutions, knowledgeable in user exits, BAPI, and uploading tools like LSMW, BDC & LTMC. Your role will also involve developing functional specifications for new developments/change requests, monitoring tickets, analyzing issues, providing estimates, resolving issues based on SLA, and coordinating with the technical team. As a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, you may be required to travel for project-specific purposes.
