Your Role

Lead SAP SD and CS implementations for end-to-end sales and after-sales service processes

Configure and support order-to-cash, billing, pricing, service orders, and warranty management

Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and deliver tailored SAP SD/CS solutions

Integrate SD and CS with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and related modules (MM, FI, GTS)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business process execution

Support go-live activities and provide post-implementation stabilization and training

Your Profile

412 years of SAP SD and CS experience

Strong grasp of sales, customer service, and logistics processes

Skilled in pricing, billing, service contracts, and notifications

Familiar with SAP S/4HANA or ECC and integration with MM, FI, GTS

Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
