Job Roles / Responsibilities In-depth knowledge of Hybris platform and components; Minimum 5 years of Hybris development experience. Strong experience with developing/customizing OCC layer, APIS and SOLR. Ava/Spring framework expertise. Hands-on programming experience with Eclipse-based tools Knowledge on Hybris back-office tools and customizations. Experience leading technical/developer project team members and offshore team members. B2C experience preferred. Experience with Agile project methodology and project tools such as JIRA Strong communication skills (presentation and written) and comfortable in customer- facing role. Highly developed problem-solving skills Experience in multi-country rollout Maintenance and support of Hybris on-premises implementation (1811 & 2005 Mandatory, 2011 &2105 is a plus) Prior experience in 24*7 production support Hands-on experience in handling multiple catalogs Experience in system with high volume transactions (B2C) Worked with 3rd party integrations Hands on experience in hot folder implementation Worked on single code base, multi country roll-outs Hands on in upgrades Smart Edit, Solr con-fig, SEO related optimization, adaptive search, headless approach, assistive service implementation
