SAP Fiori Developer

As a SAP Fiori Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be an integral part of our SAP technology team, responsible for designing and developing custom Fiori applications using SAPUI5. Your expertise will be utilized in integrating these applications with SAP S/4HANA systems through OData services, ensuring seamless alignment with SAP UX guidelines and business needs. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, customizing standard Fiori applications to cater to specific business scenarios, and integrating Fiori apps with SAP S/4HANA back-end systems via OData services and SAP Gateway. Additionally, you will be involved in unit testing, debugging, and optimizing application performance, as well as supporting the end-to-end application lifecycle from deployment to issue resolution while adhering to SAP development standards. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, along with a solid understanding of OData services and SAP Gateway architecture. Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles in Fiori apps, a strong grasp of SAP Fiori UX guidelines, and integration know-how with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms are essential. While not mandatory, familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio or WebIDE, exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps in Fiori development, understanding of ABAP on HANA for back-end extension or debugging, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments with sprint-based delivery cycles are considered advantageous. Furthermore, your collaboration skills will be put to use as you work alongside SAP functional consultants and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications, engage with project managers and stakeholders to communicate design approaches and project status, and actively participate in code reviews, peer discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
