SAP Advanced Business Application Programming Consultant

As a SAP ABAP Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents. You will conduct unit, integration, and release testing to ensure the functionality of the SAP software applications and interfaces. Your role will involve implementing SAP ABAP applications and interfaces within the SAP environment. In addition to development tasks, you will also provide support for end-users Acceptance Testing activities and participate in Production Operations and Release Management support. You will assist with upgrades, new releases, and monitor the performance of technical objects within the SAP system. Your expertise will be utilized in working with various SAP technologies such as BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, LSMW, user exits, BDC coding, and interfaces. Your proficiency in SAP ABAP/4 programming using SAPScript, iDocs, BAPI, and RFC will be essential for this role. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining SAP design and technical specification documents, contributing to defining and documenting SAP Best Practices. Additionally, you will analyze and resolve issues related to Gateway OData, IDOCs, Web Services, and RFCs. To excel in this role, you should have experience in designing and developing data dictionary objects, data elements, domains, structures, views, lock objects, and search helps. Your expertise in formatting the output of SAP documents with multiple options will be crucial. You should have experience in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Reports) development. Knowledge of modifying standard layout sets in SAP Scripts, Smart forms, and Adobe Forms, as well as ABAP Object-Oriented Programming, will be beneficial for this position. A Bachelor's degree and 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP are required. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team are essential for success in this role.,
