Greetings from R2R Consults We are hiring a Technical Training Head to lead training across our salon network in Chennai . Role & responsibilities Define and execute the training vision and roadmap aligned with brand goals. Build robust training frameworks and standardize technical education across locations. Drive SOP adherence , service quality standards, and BOM creation. Facilitate new service rollouts through structured training programs. Coordinate and manage brand-level interventions for technical skill development. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to ensure training effectiveness. Key roles : 8+ years of experience in training administration within the retail or service sector . Strong exposure to salon operations and service quality enhancement . Excellent communication and presentation skills (Fluency in English mandatory) Proficient in Tamil, Hindi, and English to drive regional training programs. Proven track record in developing SOPs, training content, and BOMs . Tech-savvy with experience in using LMS, digital tools, and virtual platforms.
