Salon Operations Manager

Job title: Salon Manager (Men's Grooming) Skills and Qualifications: 1) Proven experience in salon management or a similar role. 2) Freshers with a passion for men's grooming are encouraged to apply. 3) Flexible and able to work 8-hour shifts 4) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Candidate should know speaking basic Kannada,Tamil,Hindi & English. 5) Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. 6) Ability to manage a team and motivate staff. 7) Basic Knowledge of salon operations, hygiene standards, and inventory management. 8) Basic marketing and promotional skills. 9) Familiarity with relevant salon equipment and products is preferable. Responsibilities 1) Oversee daily operations:  Manage the salon's day-to-day activities, including opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and ensuring smooth workflow. Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues. 2) Customer Service: Oversee the customer experience, handle complaints,ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. 3) Financial Management: Handling all aspects of customer billing,managing invoices,Track salon earnings, manage expenses, and maintain records of transactions. 4) Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of salon products, order supplies, and manage stock levels. 5) Hygiene & Safety: Ensure the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness and complies with hygiene standards and safety regulations.
